CozyMane provides tools to help users organize and track horse care information, including horse profiles, reminders, care records, documents, expenses, and related information. CozyMane is provided for informational and organizational purposes only and does not provide veterinary, legal, medical, or financial advice.

You may need to create an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Certain features of CozyMane may require a paid subscription.

If you subscribe through Apple:

• Payment will be charged through your Apple ID account

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period

• Renewal charges will occur within 24 hours before the end of the current period

• You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple account settings

We do not control Apple’s billing systems and do not issue refunds for purchases processed by Apple except where required by law or where Apple’s policies apply.

Any free trial, if offered, will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial period ends.

We may offer both free and paid versions of the Services. Features, pricing, trials, and subscription offerings may change from time to time.

You retain ownership of the information, documents, notes, records, images, and other content you submit to CozyMane (“User Content”).

By submitting User Content, you grant CozyMane a limited license to host, store, process, display, and use that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Services.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights to any content you upload and that your content does not violate any law or third-party rights.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for unlawful purposes

• Upload malicious code or harmful content

• Attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the Services

• Access accounts or data that do not belong to you

• Use the Services to infringe the rights of others

• Copy, reverse engineer, scrape, or exploit the Services except as permitted by law

CozyMane is not a veterinary service. Information, guidance, reminders, or recommendations provided through the Services are general in nature and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional veterinary or equine advice.

You are solely responsible for decisions regarding your horse’s health, care, treatment, feeding, blanketing, and management.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

The Services, including the CozyMane name, branding, app design, software, and content created by us, are owned by CozyMane, LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the Services will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted, or that any tracking or recommendations will be complete or accurate in every situation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CozyMane, LLC and its owners, officers, employees, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CozyMane, LLC from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the Services, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe suspension is necessary to protect the Services, users, or our business.

You may stop using the Services at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we do, we will update the Effective Date and post the revised version on this page.
